General Provisions
1.1 Acceptance of Terms

1.3 Language and Interpretation
These terms have been prepared in the Bengali language. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. The sole authority to interpret any clause of these terms rests with 5666 vet.
Account Registration
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them may be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information
It is mandatory to provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. If an account is opened with false information, it may be cancelled during the verification process and deposited funds may not be refundable.
2.3 Account Security
Do not share your login password or OTP with any third party. The responsibility for maintaining account security rests entirely with the member. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.
Age Verification
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
All services on 5666 vet are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity.
3.2 Identity Verification
5666 vet may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID to verify a member's age and identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility
Before processing a withdrawal request, 5666 vet confirms that the relevant account's identity verification is complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
4.4 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, 5666 vet reserves the right to hold that withdrawal or deposit until an investigation is complete. If fraud or cheating is established, the account may be permanently closed.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
5666 vet offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer may only be used once, unless the specific terms of the offer state otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- The wagering contribution of different games may vary while a bonus is active.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false identities, or cheating will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
- 5666 vet reserves the right to set time limits on or withdraw any promotion.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The 5666 vet VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 as cashback.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on 5666 vet are operated by designated game studio software and results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG). The platform does not interfere with game outcomes.
6.2 Bet Errors
If any bet is incorrectly accepted or paid out due to a technical error or software issue, 5666 vet reserves the right to void that bet and refund the relevant amount. The decision of 5666 vet in this matter is final.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
In sports betting, the odds and market rules applicable to each event are specific to that event. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. 5666 vet does not accept liability for bets voided due to loss of internet connection during live betting.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Cheating and Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure as well as legal action:
- Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location
- Accessing or operating another person's account
- Exploiting identified errors in any game or betting system for gain
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
7.2 Communication Policy
The use of abusive, threatening, or aggressive language when communicating with the 5666 vet customer support team is prohibited. Such behaviour may result in temporary restrictions on the account.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Account Closure by Member
A member who wishes to close their account may submit a request via 5666 vet live chat or email. All withdrawable balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.
8.2 Account Suspension by 5666 vet
5666 vet may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Evidence of a breach of terms
- Failed identity verification
- Suspicious financial activity
- Existence of multiple accounts
- Self-exclusion request for responsible gaming reasons
In the case of permanent closure, bonus balance may be forfeited, but the return of any verified real deposit amount will be assessed separately.
Data Privacy
9.1 Data Collection and Storage

9.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

10.1 Responsible Participation

10.2 Setting Deposit and Loss Limits
Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account. Once a limit is lowered, it takes effect immediately; a waiting period may apply when increasing a limit.
10.3 Self-Exclusion
A member who feels the need may contact the support team to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves. During self-exclusion, the member is not permitted to open any new account, and promotional communications will be stopped.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Interruptions
5666 vet aims to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party software faults. In such situations, 5666 vet does not bear liability for any financial loss incurred by users.
11.2 Internet Connection
If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a member's loss of internet connection, the responsibility lies entirely with the member. 5666 vet is not obligated to provide compensation in such situations.
11.3 Third-Party Software
For issues arising from faults in game studio software, 5666 vet will liaise with the relevant studio. However, 5666 vet is not itself obligated to provide compensation while that process is ongoing.
